GMTO – Northern Territory

From Kununurra I headed into the NT. Here I spent most of my time in Nitmiluk and Kakadu.

Green ants, my favourite creature I encountered on my travels. They are so animated, this one in particular appears to praise the heavens as he scales the foot of a dead toad.

I found this poor kite hanging off a barb wire fence whilst on my travels. Managed to cut him free and get him to a vet in Humpty Doo.

Five metres down the fence there already was another casualty.
